NOURSE NEWS
This year, City Arts & Lectures has embarked on an ambitious project to restore The Nourse Auditorium, a landmark venue located in the heart of San Francisco’s Performing Arts Center that been closed to the public for over thirty years. The 1,800-seat hall features excellent acoustics, a well-designed layout offering unobstructed views throughout the orchestra and balcony, and original architectural details; it’s an ideal venue for a wide range of performances as well as a uniquely beautiful setting.
