Yotam Ottolenghi is the bestselling author of PlentyPlenty More, and co-author with Sami Tamimi of Ottolenghi and Jerusalem, which was awarded Cookbook of the Year by the International Association of Culinary Professionals and Best International Cookbook by the James Beard Foundation. He writes for The Guardian, and appears on BBC and Channel 4. He lives in London.

David Lebovitz spent nearly thirteen years in the kitchen at Chez Panisse working with Alice Waters and  pastry chef Lindsey Shere. After leaving in 1999, he published his first cookbook, Room for Dessert. Lebovitz is also the author of The Great Book of Chocolate, My Paris Kitchen, and The Perfect Scoop. 

Jessica Battilana writes about food and the people who make it. A former cheesemonger, caterer and private chef, she currently lives in San Francisco, chronicling chefs and restaurants in publications such as Martha Stewart LivingThe New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, GastronomicaSaveur, Sunset and more. She is co-author of Vietnamese Home Food with Charles Phan, Tartine Book 3 with Chad Robertson, and Sausage Making: A Definitive Guide with Recipes with butcher Ryan Farr.
